On 3^rd July 2012 Tuesday Sree Sridi Sai Baba birth day, on this day Palaabhishekam (Bathing in Milk) and Harathulu (Incense Sticks) will be performed. If any devotee’s willing to come and participate would be welcome. For those devotees have inconvenience coming, the programme will be held on 7^th July 2012 Saturday.

On 28^th July 2012, Sri Hanuman Lakhs Patri (Tamalapakulu) Yagnam will be held at Telugu Community Association, 28 St Mary’s Street, Preston PR1 5LN. We kindly request if there is any devotee(s) want to involve in this yagnam, want to give hearty welcome.

This kind of yagnam has never been performed in our temple. This yagnam is to give prosperity for our lives and remove any evils, and if there is any malefic effect by any planet(s) in our Janam Kundali is to demise that of malefic planet(s) and grant the strength of the planet(s) to better results for our career, family life, education, business, marriage, children and etc; Hanuman is only the saviour who has control over such malefic planets like Saturn, Mars, Rahu and Ketu.

Hanuman has supreme power to control over the Grahas of our Janam Kudali. Saturn is the most malefic planet that can ruin or give success according to the placement of the planet in our natal chart, it is the ruler and teaches the past karma and bestow those with good deeds, the planet mostly criticised for destruction but it’s not what they say, it has most power to give justice and moksha and puts us into righteousness to lead self realisation. Hanuman has the power over these planets and he is the mangal karaka.  It is entirely up to devotees’ wish.

Sree Krishna birth falls on 9^th August 2012 Thursday. For all the devotee’s the festival will be celebrated on 11^th August 2012 Saturday at 6pm.  There will be kid’s musical chairs and breaking Perugu Muntha (Yoghurt Pot) and lots more fun activities. Swasthi Sri Chandra Mana Sri Nandhan Nama Samvatsara, Vaishakha Bahula Sapthami falls on Saturday 12th May 2012. At Sri Alivelu Manga, Sri Padmavathi and Sri Venkateswara swami Temple, at 9:15am, we will be performing Sri Venkateswara Kalyanam. We request all devotees to come and celebrate this auspicious day and take blessings.

Ugadi is the Telugu New Year and marks the beginning of the Nandana Namasamvathsaram, Chaitra Shudda Padyami.

This year Ugadi falls on Friday, 23^rd March 2012. Temple will be opened from 10 am till 7 pm.

Ugadi  will be celebrated on Sunday 25^th March 2012.

Poojas will commence 10:00 am followed by panchangam sravanam for the forthcoming year and afternoon meals will be served then children will perform dances, celebrations will continue till 7 pm. Every one is welcome.
