Hanumad Vratham (or Hanumath Vrata) is an auspicious Hindu fast and ritual dedicated to Lord Hanuman. It is observed to seek his blessings for health, prosperity, and the removal of obstacles. It is distinct from Hanuman Jayanti (the birth anniversary) and is primarily celebrated in South India.
